The NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence will organize its yearly Diamond Event, the 5th Mountain Warfare Congress, based on our Programme of Work 2023. The topic of the Mountain Warfare Congress in 2023 is “Vertical Manoeuvre”. The event is scheduled to take place 2-6 October, 2023 in the Brdo Congress Centre, Predoslje 39, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia.
The congress will focus on different aspects and points of views regarding the topic. In addition to this, useful industrial developments will be shown. The congress will serve as a platform offering the opportunity to enhance individual ranges and levels of competencies. Also, it will provide you with expert knowledge and real-life experience, thus enabling to reflect specific understanding of the topic.
The Target Audience is primarily composed of leaders in the area of Mountain Warfare at the level of Senior NCO up to brigade commander. In general, the congress addresses the community of interest in Mountain Warfare.
