The NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence is pleased to invite you to the 12^th NATO MW COE Steering Committee (SC) meeting. The meeting will be held in Poljče from 29 September to 2 October 2025.

Participants are invited to register using the form below and confirm their attendance NLT 8 September 2025.

Documents and attachments: In order to see all the documentations (Agenda, NATO MW COE POW 2026, NATO MW COE Budget 2026, Call for Funds to the NATO MW, COE Budget 2026, NATO MW COE Medium-Term Financial Plan) you need to be registered to our website. We kindly ask you to register here or to login here (if already registered).

Meeting location will be held at the NATO MW COE located here.

Event fee: No event fee.

Dress Code: Class A for the meeting and for ice-breaker. BDU for the hosted lunch. 

Security Requirements: The 12^th NATO MW COE SC Meeting is NATO UNCLASSIFIED – no NATO/national security clearance certificates are required.

Accomodation: Participants are kindly asked to book their accommodation. The costs of accommodation will be covered by the participants themselves.

Transportation: The transportation from/to the entry point to/from the Hotel  will be provided upon request (please specify this in the form below). Transportation during the Meeting’s events will be provided by the NATO MW COE and the pick-up/drop-off for all the events will be at Hotel Astoria in Bled.

Participants are kindly requested to make their own travel arrangements to/from Slovenia and include this information completing their Registration Form.

Coffee breaks and meals: Small refreshments will be provided during the coffee breaks throughout the event. An Ice-breaker will take place on 29 September 2025 at Brdo Castle as part of the 10th Anniversary of the NATO MW COE. On 30 September, lunch will be hosted at Restaurant Avsenik as part of the Anniversary Ceremony, followed by the Triglav Star DV Day. On 1 October 2025 a Lite Fare Reception will be organized in the NATO MW COE.
