Ambassadors event in Škocjanske jame

On 17 May, NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence director Colonel Borut Flajšman hosted the residential Ambassadors of Sponsoring Nations and Contributing Partner and their representatives in Slovenia at Škocjanske jame.

The Ambassadors and their representatives from Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland and Romania visited Škocjanske jame (Škocjan caves) and completed their visit at the Slovenian coast, in the village Marezige.

Colonel Flajšman hosted the honorable guests before his handover of the leadership duties at the Centre. He emphasized that the support which has been provided by the Sponsoring Nations and Contributing Partner Member States represents a basis for the further development of the Centre, and he extended his thanks for a fruitful cooperation and continuous support.
