UAS FPV Systems Defense Training Capability Development SOF Military Intelligence Operational Integration

Vlado Rehlicki served for more than 20 years in active military service, completing four overseas deployments and building extensive experience across the Croatian Armed Forces.

His military career included assignments in infantry, reconnaissance, Special Operations Forces and the military intelligence community, providing him with broad operational experience across different mission sets and environments.

Following his military career, he joined ORQA d.o.o. in Croatia. As a core member of the ORQA team, he is actively engaged in the development of ORQA UAS products and training programmes, focusing on capability development and the adaptation of new UAS solutions to the requirements of 21st-century warfare.

Leveraging his domain expertise and extensive hands-on operational experience, he works closely with various NATO militaries and partners. His activities focus on training development and implementation, integrating products, support, emerging operational roles, logistics and communication requirements to help forces successfully adopt next-generation capabilities.

ORQA is a Croatian technology company focused on First Person View (FPV) and advanced Remote Reality (RR) applications, developing enabling technology for next-generation vision systems.

Its multidisciplinary team focuses on innovation across the FPV technology stack, including headsets such as the FPV.One, radio controllers, antennas and low-latency video signal transport systems.

ORQA performs much of its engineering, prototyping and production in-house in Osijek, Croatia, allowing the company to maintain a strong Made in Europe approach while remaining closely connected to user and community requirements.
