UAS Employment Innovation and Rapid Adaptation — Lessons from Ukraine
The presentation examines the operational employment of UAS, including UAV platforms, and how battlefield requirements drive rapid innovation and adaptation in Ukraine.
It addresses the accelerated cycle from identifying an operational problem through field-level experimentation, user feedback and technical modification to tactical employment.
Particular attention is given to cooperation between operators, units, developers and industry, as well as to the rapid dissemination of successful solutions.
The contribution considers lessons relevant to NATO capability development, interoperability and operations in demanding environments, including mountain warfare.
The representative of the UKR Defense University will be announced separately.
