The Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT), General Philippe Lavigne, hosted the event at SACT Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia, 6-8 December 2022. The AWDC serves as Allied Command Transformation’s annual meeting for Flag Officers/General Officers, civilian equivalent decision-makers from NATO nations, and the Directors of the Alliance-accredited Centres of Excellence, which are responsible for warfare development activities.
