NATO SCHOOL COMMANDANT PAYED A VISIT TO THE NATO MW COE

Upon invitation of the NATO MW COE Director, Colonel Borut Flajšman (SVN-A), the NATO School Commandant, Colonel Michael Davis (USA-A) with Command Senior Enlisted Leader, CMC Gorazd Škorjanc (SVN-N) and Sergeant Major Rene Van Boxter (NLD-A) visited the mountain warriors on 5 March 2021. The leadership of the NATO MW COE welcomed Colonel Davis and his team during luncheon hosted in the vicinity of Centre’s compound.

Since the establishment in 2015, the NATO MW COE is making efforts to improve the level of its products as well as to expand cooperation with a wider NATO Community of Interest. For decades, the NATO School Oberammergau is a leading education and individual training institution with in the Alliance. During the meeting, the leaders of both institutions agreed that in order to provide a most efficient and effective training for the Alliance, a strong and collaborative relationships of NATO MW COE and NATO School is needed. The pleasurable and informative meeting ended with the commitment of both leaders to enhance future cooperation.
