2021 International Concept Development and Experimentation Conference (ICD&E)

The ICD&E Conference is an annual international event hosted by HQ SACT. This year the ICD&E, held from 25 to 28 October 2021, was predominantly virtual, due to the ongoing global pandemic.

The NATO MW COE Deputy Director, COL Ruggero Cucchini, presented our experience of the process of developing the MW Concept, which we completed this year. After his presentation COL Cucchini participated in a panel discussion, where he shared our views of the CD&E process with the highest NATO and civilian SMEs who were part of this year’s Conference.
